What is wellness?

If you have been reading my blog this year, you know that the goal is to find way to approach a healthier way of living via diet, fitness, etc. but we must remember what is wellness to fully understand what it is that we are trying to achieve. This quote summarizes it well:

“Wellness is not a ‘medical fix’ but a way of living – a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all the dimensions of body, mind, and spirit, an approach to life we each design to achieve our highest potential for well-being now and forever”— Greg Anderson

It is never too late to start your health and wellness journey!
