MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) oil is great as an add-in for your smoothie or in general for your diet as it helps you stay full and gives you a boost of energy due to the healthy fats in them–remember, not all fats are bad for you. You’ll often seen this oil in buttered coffee (see my earlier post) as well as part of the keto diet.
