Vacation weight loss

I had a pretty great vacation and did some amazing things like skydiving for the first time but what came as pleasant surprise when I got back was that I had lost weight on vacation. How’s that even possible considering how much I was eating?

My secret was to enjoy all the food that I wanted but to get in at least 15,000 steps a day. It worked! I was walking and was exploring most places so step counting was not necessary and at the end of the day, I met my goal.

There are a lot of studies on the Internet about the benefits of walking but considering how easy it is, we sometimes forget to utilize it as an exercise. Simple and effective! Keep it in mind, next time you go on vacation and that overindulgence won’t be a set back.
