How do you fix poor health?

I read an interesting article on health and food and it got me thinking about all the information out there that consumers have access to but only those seeking it, actually find it and maybe use it. So if you’re not one of those folks and you have a health issue, what do you do? Go to the doctor? Try a supplement? Detox with juices?

One thing that often gets overlooked is good, clean, whole foods. Typically, if you use the idea of food as medicine, you’ll realize that eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard, expensive, and difficult to do. Think about this, athletes fuel themselves with nutritious items like fruits, veggies, nuts, and meats; they, tend to be fit and healthy so this recipe might work for you too.

Next time, you think you’re suffering from too much acid reflux or another ailment like that, consider changing your diet and see if that helps. Poor health possibly can be improved with just a cleaner diet.
