We all make choices daily. Some relate to work while others relate to relationships, food, or fitness but how long does it take you to make a choice or decision?
Convenience is a huge reason people eat the things they do.. Everyone is short on time so we lean to fast food or convenient food even if you know it’s only semi healthy. For example, I like many of you when crunched for time, grab a Dunkin donuts coffee and one of their healthier breakfast items even though it takes 10 mins to drive there and pick it up. In comparison, in that same ten minutes, I could have made a cup of coffee, some oatmeal, added fruit, and a tsp honey and had a nutritious meal!
Ten minutes and two decisions that could give you totally different results. Which version would you choose?
