Avocado for breakfast

Are you a fan of avocados? Breakfast? Ever thought about combining both? An interesting recipe that I tried includes avocados, eggs, and salsa. Sound good to you? Read on.

Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Bake both halves in an oven or you can grill these. When done baking or grilling, take out.

As the baking/grilling is going on, take your eggs and scramble them.

Put the scrambled eggs in the baked/grilled avocados and add salsa to top!

Now you have a fantastic healthy breakfast or snack which took under 30 mins to make!
