Chicken salad on the keto diet

When you are short on time and need a quick keto meal, chicken salad always works so how do you make it?

If you didn’t make your chicken already via an instant pot or crock pot or via the skillet, my go to is buying chicken in a can. I like the shredded chicken. Other items to have to make this are avocados (cut without a pit), bacon, cheese, celery, green onions, Sir Kensington’s mayo and mustard. All these items can be combined in a bowl with your canned chicken. Mix everything, season with what you like, and cool in the fridge. Top with cilantro before eating.

Such an easy recipe to make, right? This makes an excellent lunch to take to work since you can keep it in the fridge at work and eat when ready.
