Shrimp and keto go together

One of my favorite seafood items to eat is shrimp. Good thing then that the keto diet allows you to eat seafood on it. I like to incorporate it in my diet via shrimp, avocado, bacon salad. It is so simple to make and an easy main meal or side salad.

Here’s the recipe:

Take your cooked shrimp, add it to a bowl of avocado, your favorite cheeses, olive oil, lemon juice, cooked bacon, seasonings, celery, onions, etc. and mix it all together and you are ready to eat!

To make it a bit spicy, I do add jalapenos.
