We all know that our congnitive skills tend to reduce as we get older and that’s why people say keep challenging your brain by playing games like sudoku or crosswords but is there more you can do?

To keep yourself mentally sharp, like many other areas of your health, it all depends on what you eat and if you stay active. The graphic shared in this post is from Harvard health and as you can see that eating leafy greens and nuts among other items can greatly enhance your brain health but it must be eaten daily to see any benefit, in my opinion, because, you can’t just over consume all these in one day and expect brain health improvement. But what if you don’t like eating these items? Well, there are tons of supplements you can try but isn’t eating fresh food going to be better?
