Your first 60 seconds in the morning

Do you have a routine once you get up? I’m sure we all do. Some get up and see social media and emails while others can’t function without coffee but what if I told you that others get up and go to the gym first or some get up and meditate? Surprised? Maybe not. So why title this post about your first 60 seconds in the morning?

Well, instead of picking up your phone, you decided to instead to take a few engaging breaths for 60 seconds and be grateful for what makes you happy, I’m sure your day would go even better. What does engaging your breath mean? It means taking deliberate deep breaths and concentrating on them. Plus, being grateful is always a nice idea for uplifting your spirit. This 60 seconds habit will be challenging at first but you’ll reap benefits long term if you do this daily. Will you give it a shot?

Stay well!
