It’s easy to go off the rails during this quarantine time with no access to the gym and our limited routine. I honestly think that if you have a steady job and family life is not pressuring you, then you can hold yourself accountable and achieve your goals. From not eating out to eating clean to even working out at home, the options are endless and doable. No matter how tempting it is to eat out (so true in my case), it doesn’t help help your expanding waistline. Just incorporating more fruits and veggies can help. Plus, a 20 min workout is all it takes to get back into the gym life while at home.
Don’t let the quarantine hinder your success, find a way and achieve your diet/fitness goals!
