I used to do the keto diet but stopped because I just had a hard time keeping it up when I traveled so now I use the keto lifestyle as means to find low carb products and high fat ones so that I can stay full. Does this strategy work? For me, it does because I’m able to carry easy to eat keto bars with me as I travel and am not tempted to eat junk at the airport.
One of the newest bars that I found is Dang. Dang bars are keto and have a good amount of fat protein, and low carb. They taste good too. A little pricey but worth it, compared to buying doughnuts or candy bars which will raise your blood sugar. The beauty of keto bars is the sugar regulation so this bar was definitely a good find.
