Sometimes when you are short on time and need a quick snack, you need to be able to grab what is in the kitchen, make it and go!
A quick go-to item for me is some fruit, peanut butter, and a wrap. Take the wrap, dap some peanut butter or your favorite nut butter or nutella, add your favorite fruit (for me, its mango) and roll it and you’re ready to go!
Not only did you not spend any money outside for a snack, you used all the items in your house to make it so you controlled what you are eating and putting your body! Snacks should be easy to make and something you want to eat so next time you are in a time crunch, try this recipe out.
