One of the many approved items to eat on the keto diet is cheese but if you are done eating string cheese and are looking for other options, cheese crisps are great. Yes, you can buy them too but if you want to make it at home, that’s doable too.
Here’s the quick recipe:
Put your favorite cheese on a baking pan (I use the muffin one) and add other ingredients you like such as jalapenos, bacon, etc.
Bake at 425 or 450 until cheese is cooked and crisp..usually like 10 mins or less
enjoy eating after it has cooled down
