Easy Keto Breakfast

Typically, breakfast for most is a bagel, muffins, eggs or cereal but what if you wanted to eat something healthy? Or maybe you are doing the keto diet, then what?

If you aren’t buying the cooked meals from ketofridge.com or other similar sites, then you are probably cooking for yourself. One of my favorite recipes for breakfast is below. Super easy to make too.

Recipe:

Cut avocado in half, remove the pit.

Make your scrambled eggs with butter, olive oil

Add bacon to the scrambled egg mix and cook further

Once all is done, add the scrambled egg and bacon to both halves of the avocado.

If you want more fat, don’t scoop out too much of your avocado.

Enjoy your quick keto breakfast!
