Golden milk–get some rich benefits from it!

If you have been following along, you have already read about the benefits of turmeric and what all it can help with so the recipe that follows is a good one to try if you want to reap all the benefits. As a refresher, turmeric is composed of curcumin, a natural anti-inflammatory ingredient. Turmeric may impact your brain and heart health positively. It may also help with your arthritis. Golden milk:

1) Pick your choice of milk (I prefer coconut or A2 milk) and heat up the quantity you want to drink

2) Mix in turmeric (no more than a 1/2 a teaspoon as that little bit goes a long way), black pepper, and cinnamon

3) Add honey and vanilla extract if you like

4) Mix and enjoy!
