Turmeric, or “golden spice,” is so common in Indian food that when someone tells me about it, I hope to learn something different about it other than that it is in turmeric lattes! There are so many uses for turmeric but most people only know a little about it. Today, you can even find it in supplements as a standalone supplement but why take it?
