Home workout check!

Since we are way past the month mark since the quarantine began, how successful are you with your home workouts? Are you going to leave quarantine healthy, fitter, or with a few extra pounds. Hopefully, the time off from the gym has been productive.

As for me, hitting home workouts at the same time each day has helped me stay on track. Is the burn the same as the gym? Nope but I have been active so that’s a win for me. Between park walks and home workouts, I do feel energized so that’s more important than anything else. Each of us works out for different reasons but whatever that reason is make sure it’s not something that isn’t attainable with your home workouts. Think SMART!
