Lately as I’m trying to reset my eating habits, the one thing that I’m eating a lot of are salads. Yes, some people consider eating salads like eating grass with nothing to really satisfy you but not all salads have to be covered in dressings or be unhealthy.
My salads typically are small and have chicken or shrimp in them. The nice thing with a salad is you can add so much into it from avocado to boiled eggs to fruits to more. All up to you to make it as healthy as you want. How many times do I eat it? Lunch and dinner with a slice of bread.
Do I feel good in this salad diet? Yup because I’m full and I know I’m eating healthy. Plus, I found a company that makes the salads similar to like how you would order from a place like lean kitchen that has precooked meals for you and so I just have to pick it up and eat.
Salads can be a great way to meet your goals so don’t rule them out just cause it seems boring.
