Since I’ve had family in town for some time now, we’ve actually been eating only at home. This is new to me because usually I eat some sort of bar or eat a healthy meal from outside or use one of my delivery services to eat so this little experiment was eye opening.
What I noticed was though, I wasn’t meeting my protein intake, but I rarely so be anyway, I was feeling satiated. I wasn’t eating junk food either. Plus, the biggest difference I noticed was that I wasn’t feeling bloated or overstuffed!
Sometimes a simple diet change is all it takes to reset your body.
