Smart snacking

So something that I like to do when I’m craving a crunchy snack or a healthy one is grab an apple—my favorite is honey crisp. But did you know that though the apple is loaded with fiber and good carbs to keep you full, perhaps the apple isn’t all you should eat!

Pair your apple with some protein like cheese and fats like avocados or nuts and now your snack will be so much healthier and will keep you satiated longer!
