I’ve talked about the importance of tracking your diet in the past, but it’s just as important to track your workouts too. Typically, we all carry our phones so we could track our workout on them but there’s still another way.
I found this awesome fitness journal at Target. It lets you write down your workout, diet, and gratitudes daily. Plus, some fitness advice is given too. I like this journal because you’re not tempted to check your phone every time there is a rest period plus you are also tracking your progress. Also, I love that there is a gratitude section because happiness and gratefulness are important to maintain a healthy life too.
You won’t know what to change unless you know where you started! Track it for success!
