Parm crisps

Sometimes when I want something to munch on, I gravitate towards a crunchy like item but not all that crunches is healthy so what do I do?  I found Parm crisps at the store.

These little cheese crisps are so crunchy and have 1g carb, 7g fat.. perfect for the keto diet, right? Plus, these pair well with salads. If you need an afternoon snack, this is definitely one that you should keep in mind. With 7g fat, you won’t finish the whole bag in one sitting as you’ll get full pretty fast with a few of these or at least I do.   These also make a good travel snack!

Parm crisps are available in stores in the chips and snacks aisle.
