A new snack that I found at Target recently is Graze. Typically, graze was a snack you saw at the airport because it was one of the healthier options to buy when traveling but I’m glad that you can now find it in more stores and that too in a bigger package. The ones that I used to buy at the airport were over so fast and for a price of $2.99 or more, I was not happy. So imagine my surprise when I saw a bigger package at Target without it costing too much more!
What I really like about the snack is that it satisfies my need to munch on something and it is crunchy too. I like that you have options with veggies, high protein as well as some that are with chocolate for your sweet tooth craving. As you can see from the label, the ingredients are mostly things you know of and the caloric intake is good too.
This is definitely a good snack to graze with!
