After a long day at work or before an early start to the day, I find it best to relax at the beach. This is a little bit of downtime to just calm down before heading home or going in to work. It doesn’t have to be more than 5 mins as the point is to relax!
Find your relaxation place and take a moment to enjoy life around you and breathe! A healthy life can also be achieved by just taking five minutes to wind down!
