This week I made another healthy meal that took under 20 mins. Shrimp with mac and cheese. It was tasty and chock full of protein.
I bought some Banza pasta (but of course as I like the flavor and protein content in it). Made it and drained the water. Added some Silk ultra high protein milk and powdered cheese and combined. The mac and cheese part was made, now on to make the shrimp. I used frozen shrimp that was first thawed. Added it to olive oil in a skillet and cooked it. Seasoned it with spices that I like and then took the finished, seasoned shrimp and added it to the mac and cheese that was made. Simple and straight forward. Quick and easy to make plus super tasty too!
