Black Friday Shopping

With the pandemic still underway, Black Friday shopping will be different this year but not so different at the same time. We’ll still be struggling with eating too much on Thanksgiving and figuring out how to eat all the leftovers. Here are some quick tips to help you get through the day:

  • Consider a 10 min walk while at home after enjoying your leftovers

  • While shopping, consider low-calorie drinks like water, unsweetened tea, or hot black coffee, all depending on what you enjoy

  • Don’t spend all your money on Black Friday, there might be better deals on Cyber Monday

  • Go to the gym at some point in the day if you can, you might feel better

  • Don’t stress as this is just the beginning of the holiday season!
