Podcast fan

Are you a podcast fan? Perhaps, you’ve listened to one or two and thought this wasn’t for me but did you know that some of these podcasts have great advice that you can possibly take some action from. Since this blog is all about encouraging full mind fitness, I think podcasts can provide a good way to enjoy your downtime or even can be heard during a commute. Do you agree?

I’ve been listening to many this week and found that the ones that appeal most to be are ones on self-improvement as well as those that talk about business and some that are just random opinions from various people on topics that they want to discuss. Most of the podcasts that I listen to are 10-30 mins in length with some over an hr but there are plenty to choose from no matter what situation you are in when you are listening to them. If you are looking to learn something new or just want to unwind, check out some podcasts on your phone. From growing and learning to just unwinding, there is a podcast for you!
