What’s for dinner?

Does the question “What’s for dinner?” strike up various emotions in you? Is it a question that you think about every night? Kids ask it? Do you reach for convenience foods—take out or mac’n cheese? So much depends on the answer to that question, right? I don’t think answering that question gets easier as you age either!

A good tip that I recommend is to meal prep on Sunday. Not exactly fun but it will save you some time during the week to decide on what to eat. I like to make a heaping bucket of rice and then grill shrimp or chicken during the week with a side of veggies to complete my meal. Not much thinking during the week and easy enough to alter the taste and keep it fresh until the next Sunday of meal prep arises. Just a simple tip to not stress on the question-What’s for dinner?
