Having trouble sticking to one thing?

I don’t know about you but I definitely have a hard time maintaining certain habits like eating when I’m supposed to, going to the gym consistently, or even sleeping on time to get the needed 8 hrs of sleep so what can you do about it other finding a way to stick to those things?

Are you a planner? Do you like to schedule activities? Maybe that is one way for you to stick to your task. For me, I need to find something that I actually want to do, to actually stick with it. Yes, I know I need to sleep 8 hrs but if I feel refreshed after 6 or 7 hrs is that a problem especially if I am consistent with it? Or what if I know that i like to eat a certain way, should I find the right diet plan for me that allows me to stick with it or just meander on with what I’m supposed to do because the conventional plan will help me achieve the goals? Tough choices but ones that don’t have to be because what works for one person may not work for the next one. Sticking to what you need to do is always going to be easier if you enjoy the process, similar to that saying if your job doesn’t feel like work, then you’ll be happy!
