How Personalized is your Health?

With a growing number of us being made to reevaluate our lifestyle choices due to the pandemic, one area that is booming right now is personalized health. Personalized health can include anything from a visit to the doctor to gym routines to just tracking your diet. Have you personalized your health currently?

A few months back, I’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who uses tele-docs as much as we do now or even someone who was tracking their food as much as they do now so what’s changed? I think the reason we are able to devote more time to our health now is that we are able to invest time in evaluating what matters most to us. I think the pandemic has shown that people do realize that mortality is very much entwined with one’s health so we should be able to control our future to some extent, right?

In the past, I’ve written about Styr or Habit but now personalized nutrition is going to take off even faster due to the confinement and lifestyle changes we all have had to make. So how personalized is your health currently?
