Are you eating differently?

With the pandemic not ending anytime soon, one area of our lives that has changed significantly is our nutrition. Whether you actively chose to do this or it was forced on you because of the pandemic, I am pretty sure you aren’t eating out as frequently as before as many restaurants are closed or have limited their menus. Is this the perfect time to reevaluate what you are eating?

We’ve known for many years that what you eat can impact your health and how much you exercise can impact how you feel so what is noticeable now is that people are realizing that home-cooked meals are best for them and I’m guessing you have also seen more people outside walking or running. Also, I bet you must have made something from scratch recently, right? Why? I think it is because not only do you have time but you also have the desire to devote the necessary energy to reevaluate your eating choices. Hopefully, as many of us reexamine the need for a good diet and exercise plan, we are able to determine that eating good food could possibly be the best medicine we need to fight off health concerns.
