Cravings?

Sometimes we have cravings during the day and often times we succumb to them and eat something but should you actually be eating?

Not all cravings are necessary to be satisfied by eating. Yes, often we are hungry but sometimes you might just be thirsty so drink water and see if that helps. Or maybe you need to eat more protein to stay full longer or even have some healthy fruits like pineapples or strawberries to satisfy your sweet tooth.

What helps me at times is just to find something else to think about especially if I am not thirsty and have eaten correctly. No one knows better than you what your body needs when it is craving something so make smart decisions and choices and you’ll reap the benefits!
