100 calories: Oatmeal

If you like to watch what you eat, then one item you might avoid is oatmeal as it tends to have a lot of carbs and calories. Well, I found a 100 calories option at Target. I love them because I get the satiety benefits of oatmeal without worrying about the calories.

These oats can be eaten hot or cold. My preferred style is overnight oats, check out the archives. You don’t have to give up your favorite foods if you find portions that fit your lifestyle.
