Body weight exercise

Did you try the jump rope routine from yesterday? Did it get your heart rate up? Did you sweat? Are you anxious to try another workout? Today’s workout recommendation requires you to do burpees. Lots of Youtube videos for you to checkout so if you are unsure how to do these, do watch some of them. Burpees are important to do because no matter how old you are, if you fall, you want to be able to get up and this will help you with that if done properly.

Workout:

100 burpees for time.

Take your time and do these as needed—set of 5 or set of 10 or set of 25. This is a full total body weight workout as it is only yourself that is your equipment. As always, if unsure about an exercise, check with your doctor before proceeding.
