Body weight exercise

So you’ve been eating well but are short on time today and need some sort of exercise to do otherwise you’ll skip the gym—had that thought or feeling? One thing that I would recommend investing in is a jump rope. It’ll give you a quick cardio workout and develop your calves too!

Jump roping can be a tough just doing one jump but you can make it more complicated by doing two jumps/double unders.

Routine:

20 mins:

30 sec single jump jumprope

30 sec rest

Repeat until 20 mins are up!

*Before you start, remember to stretch and only do a workout if you are comfortable or if unsure, talk to your doctor.
