Apple Snacking

One of my favorite snacks is usually an apple, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. You can see why? It’s got protein, carbs, fats, and tastes good. Plus, the convenience factor is high too. But how do you take this snack and make it slightly better?

Instead of eating it all separately or even slicing the apple to dip in the peanut butter, you could blend the peanut butter with the yogurt to make a creamy dip, then slice the apple and you’ve got your own version of apple and dip. Plus, you used all the same items your were originally going to eat anyway.

Just a simple change made your snack new!
