A good question that I get asked is that I’m doing a cleanse but how long should I continue doing it? There is no right answer for this because it truly depends on what your goal is.
Often times, I know people who do cleanses for a big event like a wedding for a week while others do it just to feel better for 3 days and some do it because it is the latest fad, whatever your reason of doing it, make sure you are doing it correctly. Lots of cleansing supplements exists out there as well as people can do the juice cleanse or their preferred food/beverage way but the timing is dependent on how you feel. It isn’t easy to just stop eating and drinking the cleanse supplement or juice. Your body needs food to sustain itself so anything that you are doing is only going to result in water weight loss so to be sure you are leading a healthy life, I’d recommend changing your diet to eating healthy food and hitting the gym!
Cleaning eating and exercising are both things that you can do today and can become habits. Both will only help you daily.
There really is no substitute for cleaning eating and exercising! Stay well!
