Pasta recipe

Another one of my favorite recipes that I made this week is tomato feta pasta. So yummy and so easy to make. Check out the recipe below:

In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil. Place cherry tomatoes in it and season with salt and pepper. Then mix with olive oil. Place a feta cheese block in the middle of the dish and drizzle with more olive oil and season with your spice choice. Bake at 400F for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, make your pasta and drain. I used Banza because it is made from chickpeas, is tasty, and has 20g plus protein in it.

Once the 30 mins is up, mash and mix the feta with the cooked tomatoes and add to the drained pasta and it is now ready to eat!
