Gratitude Day 1

As the year wraps up, this is a good week to think about what you are grateful for. There can be many life changing events, things, or just simple things that make you happy but with 2020 being such a tough year, do take some time to think about what you are grateful for this year.

My first two things I’m grateful for are health and family. With the pandemic raging this year, I’m happy and lucky that I have my health and that my family does too. Those that had covid-19 had light symptoms whereas many others in the world were not so lucky. Prayers for their families. No matter how much I write about food, supplements, and health, a pandemic can still take you by surprise so all we can do is stay active, eat right, and take care of ourselves and others!
