With all the resolutions starting in January and then reverting back to normal in February, why not get a head start now! I started my clean eating again via smoothies. So easy to make and satisfying too.
My current favorite smoothie recipe is:
1.5c almond milk
1c blueberries
1c mango
1scoop protein powder
1tbsp peanut butter
1c spinach
Blend!
So yummy and filling. I choose to have the smoothie for breakfast so the start is great.
