One thing that is super relevant in these times is that whatever you do is going to take time. From recovery from an illness to exercising and building muscle, it all takes time. Though time is so transient, we all tend to want it to speed up at times. Why does it take so much effort to achieve something difficult while other times, results occur so fast?
The pic is a good reminder of how growing slowly takes time and gives tremendous results while falling is very loud and once done, it is over. For me, this message is so important especially when I’m looking to get fitness results and job success. Both times, I need to remember that nothing happens overnight. For some of us, hard work is necessary. Am I up for the challenge? Sure. Do I expect to get derailed at times? Yup but that won’t stop me from continuing forward. All about perspective right?
