With mental health day just passing recently, I thought it was important to discuss that we all have dark clouds that hang over us at times. How do you deal with it? Mental health issues are more common than we may know and we all attack our issues differently. How do you deal?
I deal by looking for the silver lining as mentioned in the pic. To me, if something isn’t going my way, I do remember at the same time that I have my health and other securities that I shouldn’t take for granted. I also attack stress by exercising. Don’t get me wrong, I still might eat junk or sleep uneasy but I tend to still see the glass half full so to me, it is all about perspective. Dark clouds? They linger but don’t necessarily drown me.
