One of my challenges for September is to not eat out for 29 days out of 30 days! Why this challenge? Many reasons but I hope to be able to stick with it so I can see the effect of not grabbing quick meals from my favorite places in times of limited time. So what do I hope to achieve with the 29 days of not eating, just a sense of feeling better. Why not 30 days? Well, I know a special event is coming up so planning for it too.
With Taco Bell, getting rid of Mexican pizza, a good homemade meal is making and eating it at home. Just simple ingredients and voila, you’ve got a fantastic meal so do you have to miss eating out, nope—as long as you know how to cook a little. So what does all this mean? Take your favorite meal and see if it can be prepared at home and maybe it won’t be hard to stick to your goal.
