Staying active is important to maintain hormonal balance, weight maintenance as well as to generally feel good to help you power through your day. If you can’t make it to the gym, try finding equipment you can use at home like bands, a bike, or dumbbells. To be successful, just find something that you would like to do and then it won’t be a chore!
