Change your mindset in minutes but how?

One of the hardest things for humans to do is change their viewpoint. This evident in many parts of the world today—just watch the news! But changing your viewpoint and changing your mindset don’t have to be very difficult. Simple daily steps can lead you towards a better mindset. What do I mean and how can you work towards changing your mindset?

I’ll start by sharing an example. A wife says to her husband you never take good pics of me so how should the husband respond—I’ll do better next time or Just take selfies then? Neither seems to be a win or good for the relationship so what I would recommend is actually ask both of them to look at that pic. Do you find no joy in it at all? We all are critical of ourselves but should that ruin the moment shown in the pic? Every capture is a memory so good or bad, you still caught it on camera. Plus, you can always take another pic and delete it—not a big deal or critical to life so the moral of the story—change your mindset! Not everything will go the way you want but if you want to reduce stress in your life, look for the positives (such as hubby is taking my pic or I’m at this location with my spouse, etc) even if the situation is less than ideal. Positive thinking done daily can influence a positive mindset.

Stay well!
