If you’re into snacking like I am, then you’re always on the hunt for something to munch on that is healthy and can satisfy your needs for snacking. Do tend to try new products or stick with what you like and know? I’m always looking for something new so imagine my surprise when I picked up siracha peas as a snack.
Siracha peas are not only crunchy but also have 4g protein per 1/3 serving size. That’s a lot to eat so I usually mix them in with my peanuts and roasted chickpeas and boom, I have a munchable snack! Since peas are carbs with limited protein, I added peanuts and chickpeas into my mix to have satiety from fats and protein too. If you like siracha flavor and the taste of peas, do give these a try.
