Even with the lockdown underway and the randomized way the States are opening up, one thing that has likely taken off is eating out or rather eating in via delivery from your favorite business. The good thing with this much consumption is you are supporting a business and helping people keep their jobs, but the downside is your waist is likely growing too. What can you do about it?
I tried an experiment where no food from outside was consumed for a week and you know what? In one week, I could feel less lethargic and had more pip in my step. Why? Well, forced to eat at home, I was carefully choosing better options to eat and not temporarily being satisfied by outside food. It was harder to meet my macros this week but you know what overall I was happy I did it because it was kind of like a cleanse without the cleanse powders. I also increased my water intake to help drive out more toxins from my body so overall I think that this week was a good experiment and I’ll likely continue eating this way because no food is better than home-cooked!
