Clean air

If you suffer from allergies then you know how important it is to be able to breathe freely but do we actually inhale clean air today? The air may look clean in your area but many populated countries have a dense cover smog. Pure air quality can directly impact your health and lead to many unforeseen complications which otherwise a healthy individual might not attain. Interesting right?

I’ve written many posts about diet checks and exercise routines but the one thing you can’t control is the amount of fresh air you get where you live. So is all hope lost? Not exactly! If you feel your air quality is compromised write to your local officials and state officials perhaps they can help curb some pollution in your area. Oddly, when countries were locked down due to the pandemic, there was a significant air quality improvement as seen by many pics taken from space so it is possible to see this occur. I recently read an article about the cleanest air right now is in the south Antartica…do we need to go this far to find it? Why are we unable to control the chemicals and pollution we put out there? Air quality is one area that we don’t think about much when we talk about health but the one item everyone needs likely shouldn’t be discounted so readily!

Stay well!
