Desk setup at home?

Now that many of us are working from home, is your home office setup to be ergonomically correct? How do you know if it is? Well, do you lounge on the couch or bed and work? Then likely you’re not setup to enhance your posture. Setup up your desk area properly by ensuring your hands and legs and back are the right distance to maneuver your gadgets. If you do this now, in the long run, your posture will be better and you’ll likely have less back and wrist pains. Best to be preventive rather than reactive, right? Don’t let your posture suffer as you work from home!
